Are masks required for entry?
Yes, customers are required to wear masks or face coverings. Additionally, all of our facilities are minimum contact.
How long are your leases?
We offer flexible, month-to-month leases so you only have to pay for a unit as long as you need it. Long-term commitments are not required, but long-term leases are certainly available.
How much notice must I provide to move out?
Simply provide 14 days written notice prior to the date you would like to remove your items.
How do I get my belongings to your facilities?
We provide a free truck rental on move-in day. You’re welcome to use the truck, your own vehicle, or a combination of the two to transport your items to our units, which are made for convenient, drive-up access.
When can I access my items?
Access hours vary by location, but each facility is open 7 days a week. They all have extended hours so you can stop by after normal working hours to access your items.
How do I know my items will be safe?
Our storage facilities all feature 24/7 surveillance cameras, a state-of-the-art alarm system, on-site staff, and electronic gate access. They’re also climate-controlled to prevent damage that can potentially arise from temperature and humidity levels.
What sizes are available?
We offer a wide variety of unit sizes, from 5’x5’ mini lockers to 10’x’40’ units. Check the location closest to you for details.
How do I know which size to get?
We have a unit size recommender on our website, and our storage experts are always glad to provide guidance should you need further assistance.
How do I make payments?
You can pay in-person, by mail, online, or by recurring automatic credit card charge.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
We offer a Military Discount, a Senior Discount, a Referral Program discount, a free truck rental for move-in day, and one month of free storage. We also offer location-specific discounts; find the location closest to you for more information. Discounts cannot be combined.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cheques, cash, and major credit/debit cards.
